Session Terms

These terms apply to the paid strategic session and similar advisory conversations booked through this website.

Nature of the service

The session is designed to provide strategic orientation, clarity and next-step guidance based on the information you share. It is not a guarantee of admission, visa approval, employment, accommodation availability or any third-party decision.

Session format

• Sessions are typically delivered by video call.
• The expected duration is approximately 30 to 45 minutes unless stated otherwise.
• The session may be conducted in Spanish or English depending on what is agreed.

Your responsibility

• You are responsible for sharing accurate and relevant information about your goals, timing and situation.
• You remain responsible for your own decisions, applications, legal compliance and final actions after the session.
• You should not treat the session as legal, immigration, financial or medical advice.

Scope

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the fee covers one session only. Any deeper advisory work, implementation support or custom follow-up is separate.

Conduct

By booking, you agree to respectful communication. We reserve the right to end or refuse a session in cases of abuse, fraud or clearly inappropriate conduct.
