Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to paid strategic sessions and similar advisory services purchased through this website, unless a different written agreement applies.

Session fee

The standard fee currently presented on the website for the strategic session is USD 29.

Refund eligibility

• If you cancel with at least 24 hours of notice before the scheduled session, you may request either one reschedule or a refund.
• If Educacion Global cannot deliver the session as agreed and no reasonable reschedule is offered, you may request a refund.
• Once the session has already been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

Non-refundable situations

• No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice.
• Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice.
• Dissatisfaction based on outcomes that were never guaranteed, such as visas, admissions, jobs, housing approvals or third-party decisions.
